Alpha Lyrae is a unique typeface designed for the Vega protocol. It combines trustful, reliable shapes inspired by Helvetica with critical, rebellious elements. The font features a “glitch” aesthetic using Contextual Alternates (CALT) that automatically swap every fourth character for a pixelated version. It also includes five distinct stylistic sets (SS01–SS05) ranging from unique pixel structures to displaced pixels for a sense of motion.
